BUENOS AIRES, May 13 (Xinhua) -- Uncapped defender Marcos Senesi has been included in Argentina's preliminary squad for next month's Finalissima against Italy, the South American country's football association said on Friday.
Senesi, who represented Argentina at youth level and also holds an Italian passport, was rewarded for his impressive performances this season with Dutch club Feyenoord.
Celeste head coach Lionel Scaloni also recalled Juventus forward Paulo Dybala and Bayer Leverkusen striker Lucas Alario in a provisional 35-man squad.
The Finalissima - which pits the reigning Copa America champions against the holders of the European Championship - will be played at London's Wembley Stadium on June 1.
As expected Argentina's squad will be led by veteran forward Lionel Messi and also includes his Paris Saint-Germain teammates Angel Di Maria and Leandro Paredes.
